What is Spinal Decompression?
Spinal Decompression Therapy is a new technology approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to treat patients with disc injuries in the lower back and neck.
The therapy sessions usually take place over a period of four to six weeks and each therapy session ranges from 20-45 minutes.
Spinal Decompression Therapy is a Non-Surgical spinal rehabilitation program that gently stretches and lengthens the spine in order to “decompress” an injured disc.
Patients are fully clothed during the therapy session. The patient lies on an FDA approved computer-controlled table operated by the physician.
